WOOTS! yeah. block tests are finally over mann!:))) gah. i really really think that i will fail History, Maths and Geog. and i'll do really badly for Chinese, Lang Arts and Chem...:(((( guess what. i've made a resolution to really start listening in class and never ever start revising for an exam only 1 day before it. yea, guess it took me really long to learn my lesson...:'(

but anw, at least i am finally freeeee! which means, no more mugging past 11 at night, no more freaking out that night before exam and no more limiting my own time on com!!! and, oh yea, no more not reading HARRY POTTERRRR! WOOTS!!!Xd

hahas. i actually finished the first book long ago, but didnt have timne to blog about it. wanted to, but my post got deleted with a single backspace and the post was not even auto saved...:'( but anw, Hary potter rocks mannn! i'm serious. and i'm planning to read right after i post this and after i wu liao finish on facebook. hahas.

Anw, i wanted to post about my limelight for very long, but thanks to block tests, i didnt have time. but anw, as you should know, I had Limelight concert in ESPLANADE. yea, so cool, yeahhh! still couldnt believe that i got to perform to a huge audience of 1100 in that world class DURIAN. how ironic.

anw, those few weeks of pracs were seriously killing. got very very,much screamed at. and everyday go home so tired, no mood to do homework or study already. BUT.BUT. i changed my mindtotally about it in just that one night.

yeps, so on 29th July, that wonderfullll day, which we got to miss class for the wole day, we went to esplanade. explored the backstage!xD it was like, super cool and hugeee! yea, so we had like, 5 people to one dressing room. hahas. super cool laa. imagine one of those super high class performers from broadway using the samee room as you, sitting at exactly the same chair and table, doing identical makeup.... lol. hahas. but still, it's damn cool. anw, each room had e mirrors in a row, all surrounded by light bulbs. something like, 5 on top of each mirror and five on each side of each mirror. so you can imagine hoe blind we got when we switched it on. hahas. anw, there was this table next to the mirrors so we dumped all our stuff, which was a lot, on them.

then we went for rehearsal on the stage. hahas! it was really cool at first, super eco-ey place. hahas. then after that we got used to it laa. then of course, we got shouted at...>< then after that, our conductor made us sleep n the concert hall itself, on the seats. hahas. and i really mean sleep. hahas!! lol. then i did something really weird. i pulled down 2 chairs and lied across it. hahas. and i could really sleep! yaye! lol. but how could people sleep without lying down?!! anw, after that, suddenly felt so refreshed, though a was half asleep for quite a long time!><

anw, after dinner, we had to put on makeup. but ourselves. and yea, i never did that before, so i looked hilarious. and i didnt know that i put too much blush till my SL told me. and laughed. gah. chao embarrassing laa. anw, people in my room switched on all the blinding lights at the mirrors. hahas. yea, got used to the light after a whilr though. anw, when i came out of the toilet after i washed my face, there was this unmistakable burning smell. then i was like, asking sarah, smells like something burning. but anw, i dont know if she noticed it or not. and the really weird thing was, no one in the room seemed to notice it. ahaha. lol.

then, my president came in and said, WOAH. who shao xiang arh?!! (=burn incense) hahas. then my room people kind of noticed, but they didnt say anything. anw, i was still doing make up. then i was staring at my face in the mirror really closely when i was like,WAIT. IS THAT SMOKE I SEEE?!!! then yea, i turned down to see that my paper bag, which had my shoe box inside it, was on FIRE. and i was like, ohmyGAWD. hahas. yea, but no panic laa, esplanade didnt get burnt away. hahas. just a small SPREADING fire. hahas. just like, smeared the burning part obn the carpet and it stopped. hahas. really good thing. my shoe box got a burnt hole too, which really still stinks and there were black marks left. goos thing i was wearing my shoes. if not i dont know what happen to my 69bucks unaccepted shoes. hahaha lol. but at least not as bad as my senior, who got a really bad black mark on her bag... poor thing laa... which means that she might have to throw her bag away! :(

oh wells, now the wonderful concert. hahas, yea, it was superr cool laaa. at first a bit scary, their applause a bit deafening. but anw, got used to it in a cuople of minutes. hahas. then i was really really great! like, ohmy! so cool laaa. and i was surprised that i didnt even feel one bit intimidated by the 1100 big audience. yayee!but maybe it's cos i was blocked by sher-yin. why she so tall laa! but also not very good, cos at some points a couldnt see the conductor...:(

after the awesome concert, we did cheers for all our seniors.. the sec4s cried...:'( and i felt like crying too, but nahh. i didnt. wanted to keep it a happy experience!<3lol! but still, i'll really miss the sec 4s!

Chia Chia who helped me thruogh those scary warm ups we had at the very beginning-i'll never forget thay huge, warm smile of yours!xDD
